The Profhilo treatment is a minimally invasive anti-ageing method that has been specially developed for skin rejuvenation and firming. It is based on a highly concentrated, stabilized hyaluronic acid that is injected into the skin to moisturize, improve skin quality and stimulate collagen and elastin production.
The difference to Hyaluron Filler:
Hyaluronic acid treatment is about building up volume, whereby the cross-linked hyaluronic acid remains in place. Profhilo, on the other hand, contains highly concentrated, non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid, which is distributed in the tissue and stimulates the body's own collagen and elastin production (bioremodeling).
The difference between Profhilo and Profhilo Structura:
Profhilo: Skin rejuvenation, firming & moisturizing boost
Profhilo Structura: Contouring, stabilizing & structure building (contains lightly cross-linked hyaluronic acid, making it more stable than Profhilo. Perfect for chin line, cheeks, temples and other areas that need more definition)

Profhilo is perfect for anyone who wants fresher, firmer skin, but without adding artificial volume.
After the first treatment, we recommend a second treatment after 4 weeks to intensify the effect. To refresh and maintain the result, it is advisable to repeat the treatment every 6-12 months.
After treatment, slight swelling or redness may occur at the injection sites, but this usually subsides after a few hours to a few days. Serious side effects are rare.
It is advisable to avoid direct sunlight, visits to the solarium and self-tanning for a few days before the treatment to prevent skin irritation.
Avoid blood-thinning medication and dietary supplements such as aspirin, ibuprofen, vitamin E and fish oil, if medically justifiable, to reduce the risk of bruising.
Alcohol consumption should be avoided at least 24 hours before treatment.
Inform us of any skin diseases, allergies or medical conditions.
Thorough skin cleansing without aggressive peelings or chemical treatments in advance is also recommended.
Touching the treated area: To prevent unwanted displacement of the material, it is advisable not to touch or massage the treated area.
Make-up after treatment: To keep the puncture sites clean, it is recommended not to apply make-up for the first few hours after treatment.
Strong sunlight: To avoid skin irritation, you should reduce direct sunlight and apply a sunscreen with a high sun protection factor.
To minimize swelling, you should avoid sauna visits and intensive sports activities for the first 24-48 hours after the treatment. It is recommended not to use aggressive skin treatments or chemical peels for a few days after the treatment.
If desired, you can use cooling compresses to relieve swelling and mild pain.
Alcohol and blood-thinning medication should only be consumed in moderation to reduce the risk of bruising.
Smoking should be avoided as it can impair healing.
It is important to drink enough water to support the hydration of the skin.
